An intensive 3 hour 1 on 1 extended training/coaching session held at my residence. In this experience I will personally walk you through all the elements of breathing and doing the ice bath (all the perp elements that go with it as well as talk you through it). This is an incredibly empowering experience that will not only create your foundation for your on-going practice but will empower you to breakthrough in other areas in your life that have held you back.
