The Wim Hof Method

The Wim Hof Method is an amazing system for creating optimal health and vitality developed by Wim Hof (also known as “The Ice Man”).  It consists of three pillars: 1) Breathwork 2) Cold exposure 3) Mindset/Focus. The benefits of the Wim Hof Method include improved immune system function, increased energy levels, reduced stress and anxiety, and improved mental clarity.

Perhaps you’ve heard of this crazy Dutch guy named Wim Hof. He’s all over the internet and known for breaking a number of records related to cold exposure including: climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in shorts, running a half marathon above the Arctic Circle barefoot, and standing in a container while covered with ice cubes for more than 112 minutes. Through trial and error he developed his system over years that anyone can do and benefit from. 

As the only certified WHM instructor in the Raleigh/Durham area I am committed to bringing this method to as many people as possible. I am available for group workshops (perfect for corporate team building and other groups) and 1:1 sessions.
