Diaphragmatic Breathing Reduces Exercise-Induced Oxidative Stress

An hour of DB (AKA Soft Belly Breathing) the night before an 8 hour bike ride and these cyclists still had different blood markers than the control group almost 24 after the breathwork.
The markers were lower Cortisol, higher Melatonin, and lower free radicals (oxidative stress)
